The Ventura Concept
Ventura Inn & Suites hotels
are based on the “Express Hotel” or “Limited Service” concept popular in
North America and Europe, but relatively new to New Zealand. Express
Hotels provide all the services of a full service hotel such as hotel
standard guest rooms, 24-hour reception, gym, swimming pool and meeting
facilities, but do not have an in-house restaurant or bar.
By eliminating Food &
Beverage operations and “extras” such as porters, concierge and valet
parking, management can save time and cost, allowing for room rates that
offer exceptional value.
To distinguish the limited
service concept, the hotels are branded as “Inns & Suites”.
Guests have a choice of
studio rooms or suites that feature a separate bedroom and kitchen
facilities. A continental breakfast buffet is served daily in the
hotel’s lobby and is complimentary for guests. Other services provided
free of charge include a daily newspaper and local telephone calls.
Hotels are located close to restaurants and services.
Standards of facilities and
service provided are consistent across all hotels. This means guests can
be confident about what to expect when they stay us.

operated.
