The Best Online Rate Guarantee only applies to reservations made on
www.venturainns.co.nz

If
a rate is found on another website that is lower than the best
available rate already booked on www.venturainns.co.nz, we must be
able to confirm that the rate is for the same date(s), room type,
number of guests, and hotel prior to awarding the Best Online Rate
Guarantee.

The Ventura online rate and the "comparison rate" must be found and a
completed claim form submitted within 24 hours of making a reservation
on www.venturainns.co.nz. See below to make a claim.

Claims must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to enable
us to process the claim and adjust the rate that you will be charged.

Once confirmed, we will contact you to confirm your new rate.

The guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is due to a currency
conversion from a website using a currency other than New Zealand
dollars and both rates must include GST to enable a fair comparison.

The accommodation booked must be the lowest available rate for your
chosen hotel and room type; if there is a lower rate available for the
same hotel on www.venturainns.co.nz and you do not purchase it then
you do not qualify for the guarantee.

The lower rate found must be viewable and bookable online by the
general public. Rates not available to the general public, and
therefore ineligible for the Best Online Rate Guarantee, include
negotiated rates such as special 'member only' rates available to
members of special programs or associations; group rates; corporate
rates, government rates and wholesale rates.

The Best Online Guarantee does not apply to Package or Promotional
rates that include the room and other components such as meals and
attractions, or rates found on
opaque or auction sites, including sites where the name of the
specific hotel is not known until the booking is made.

If
a claim is for a reservation with multiple nights, the rates for each
night will be compared individually.

If
Ventura Inn & Suites Hotels cannot reasonably verify the claim (in its
sole discretion) then the claim may be declined.

Ventura Inn & Suites Hotels reserves the right to adjust or cease the
Best Online Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
